I want to use your product for working out using exercises sliders. Is your product really slippery because that is what I need?

Our Shooting Pads, Slide Boards, and Tiles can all be used for the purposes of exercise sliding. Each of these surfaces provide enough glide while wearing socks or placing a towel under hands. For even more glide, you can purchase a pair of our Slide Board Booties to go along with whatever surface you choose.

Dear Madam, Sir, we purchased a 4x8,5 size roll-up shooting pad. It's just arrived, but after the first roll-out it does not seems to be a real roll-up... if we planned to roll-up and out every day. eg it takes lots of time to reach a full flat surface. Is there any process to speed it up? We laid it down with weights on it more than an hour ego, but we still cannot use it... Maybe we should change it to one of the versions of the flooring tiles. The roll-up shooting pad will take a little while to flatten out, with the edges curled down. Of course the longer you leave it out, the flatter it will get, and vise versa, the longer the pad is rolled up, the longer it will take to flatten. Our CX team has responded to your support case with more tips on getting the pad flat :)

Just to make sure, can you stand on the pad without damaging it or do you have to stand on the sides?

You can stand on the pad without damaging it, however we recommend wearing a clean pair of sneakers to keep the puck gliding smooth.

I've tried a few different ways to flatten my shooting pad (rested upside down, put heavy objects on the corners), however it is still curled at the ends and also wavy down the sides. Any secrets you can send me to help me out. Right now it's even difficult to leave outside as a slight breeze causes the pad to curl up.

We recommend leaving the Shooting Pad with the ends curling down, not up. You can place objects on it or a rug overtop to help flatten out, but that is not necessary. The longer the Shooting Pad has been rolled up, the longer it will take to lay flat. There will always be a slight wave on the sides as the plastic is malleable in order to roll. This won't impact the use at all! If you plan to leave it outside, please cover when not in use to protect from the elements.

How long does it take for the Roll-up Shooting Pad to flatten out?

We recommend laying the Shooting Pad with the ends curling down. It should not take more than 20-30 minutes for the Shooting Pad to become perfectly flat. You can place heavy objects on the corners of the Shooting Pad to speed up the process. As a general rule, the longer it has been rolled up, the longer it will take to flatten out.
