"My first thought was how expensive a simple dangle set was. I took a chance and purchased a set. I am very impressed with the quality of this set. The bases are solid and well made. They change heights to accommodate a puck or ball very easily. The shafts are made well enough that I could probably step on it without doing damage. The bases and shafts connect in pretty much an infinite number of configurations so they are very versatile to practice stickhandling, passing, or skating. They easily come apart and connect so you're not spending all day messing around with them instead of practicing. I liked this so much I just purchased a second set."

What skills can I perform with the Speed Deke?
The Speed Deke allows players to develop puck movement skills, stickhandling ability, toe-drag, dangles, and dekes. When you skate with the puck, you'll have the opportunity to practice these skills at high speed.
Can I adjust the height of each section of the Speed Deke?
Yes! The Speed Deke is fully adjustable with height settings of 1-5/8” and 2-3/4”.
Can you use the Speed Deke on the ice?
Yes! Both Speed Deke models are suitable for any hockey surface. We recommend the Speed Deke for smaller spaces as it is great for tight drills that don’t require high tempo speeds. The Speed Deke Pro only has one shaft and was designed for high tempo speed drills when you are moving fast, on-ice.
