HASSLE FREE RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from HockeyShot.com. If you are not satisfied with your HockeyShot order, you can request a return for eligible items within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. If your HockeyShot items are returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or have signs of abuse, HockeyShot has the right to refuse a refund.
Extreme Glide Synthetic Ice and Clearance products are final sale and ineligible for return.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
Orders being returned within the US or Canada are done via our automated online Return Center.
If the item(s) you wish to return arrived in only one box, please continue using our Return Center to generate a return shipping label.
If the item(s) you wish to return arrived in more than one box or carton, please contact Customer Experience for assistance as multiple return shipping labels are required.
For any return requests outside of our standard shipping policy, warranty issues, or if the item(s) you wish to return arrived in more than one box or carton, please contact Customer Experience.
Once you have entered our return portal, enter the original order number and the email associated with the purchase. Click on the item(s) that you wish to return. If you are not able to click on an item, it is not eligible for a return. Please select a reason for the return and provide any additional feedback you may have. If applicable, enter the quantity of the item you wish to return.
After the return is submitted, please print the shipping label and packing slip. Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside the original box/container your item(s)came in. Mark out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside. Drop off at your nearest UPS location or FedEx location. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress.
Once the package is received back to our warehouse, a refund for the returned item(s) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
